Concrete Truck Driver
Position Overview
Synolo Materials is hiring experienced Concrete Truck Drivers to safely deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across the Rio Grande Valley. This role requires a commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service while operating mixer trucks in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery tickets, logs, and hours-of-service records.
- Communicate with dispatch to coordinate delivery schedules and routes.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and washing out mixer trucks.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
- One or more years of concrete mixer truck driving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to on-time deliveries.
- Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional Saturdays.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, climb in and out of truck cabs, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate heavy vehicles safely. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.

Concrete Sales Representative
Position Overview
Synolo Materials is looking for a motivated Concrete Sales Representative to drive sales of ready-mix concrete and construction materials across the Rio Grande Valley. This role combines relationship building, technical knowledge of concrete products, and business development to expand our customer base and strengthen existing partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and developers.
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Provide technical guidance on concrete mix designs and product specifications.
- Prepare and present competitive bids and proposals.
- Coordinate with dispatch and production teams to support timely deliveries.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue targets using the company CRM.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials.
- Strong knowledge of ready-mix concrete products and applications.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position includes a mix of office work and field visits to active construction sites. Applicants must be able to navigate job sites, lift samples weighing up to 30 pounds, and travel throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
